• Acting as the main point of contact for multiple clients
• Leading 360° integrated digital projects and coordinating agency task groups on multiple large corporation clients
• Planning online advertising strategies
• Developing multichannel communication ecosystems for clients
• Overseeing large scale creative content development, production, and distribution
• Supporting clients in their digital transformation and brand development needs, handling client requests and providing online marketing consultancy
• Regular reporting, analysis, and participation at agency-client meetings
• Handling digital marketing tenders, preparing tender documentation and mentoring junior colleagues
